ABM Community Members leverage our established relationships, fostering connections between Indigenous and non-Indigenous leaders with shared business goals.

We are dedicated to growing the ABM Business Community by identifying enterprises that align with our members' interests and values.

Central are the priorities of the Indigenous communities and development corporations that collaborate with us to meet their business and community objectives.

Accelerated Connections in Online Connectors

Drawing from almost three decades of experience in the Indigenous business space, we bring value aligned decision-makers with matching business interests together.

By continuously engaging new companies and communities we leverage our network and relationships and facilitate connections between decision-makers in our Online Connectors.

We understand each ABM Community Member’s priorities and make sure that those with matching business interests are registered for the Online Business Connectors that suit their needs and offer meaningful connections.

Business Matching Support

Members are paired up with an ABM Advisor who actively assists with the formulation of goals and opportunities along with the development of a meaningful ABM profile. Sharing market intelligence, the Advisor pinpoints critical connections, makes hidden opportunities visible, and proactively reaches out to pursue connections and advocate on our Members’ behalf. Furthermore, the Advisor offers background and context in preparation for meetings, ensures they take place, and assists in follow-up.

Executive Mentoring

Executive Mentoring

We work with companies that are led by individuals who hold the responsibility to understand colonialism and the world at large consistent with reality.

We pair senior executives one-on-one with Indigenous leaders to receive guidance and coaching in support of cultural competency and ethical business. Our approach is based on the belief that only friendship and personal investment into meaningful relationships can create the conditions where Indigenous communities and companies can develop uncoerced business opportunities together.

Emphasizing friendship and personal investment creates a conducive environment for genuine dialogue and learning. By shifting the focus away from immediate business objectives, participants can embrace differences. This creates a pathway to better leadership, a cultural shift, meaningful action, and rewarding results.

Mentoring is only offered to executives whose companies are active participants in ABM to ensure that the initiative supports the cohesion of the entire ABM Business Community.

Cost depends on your mentor.
