To ensure mutual benefit, ABM Buyers are expected to:
1. attend all ABM Online Connector: Procurement & Partnerships and be available for all five appointments in each. See dates above.
Buyers can add members of their team to their ABM Membership to share the time commitment and optimize partcipation.
2. respond to incoming appointment requests expeditiously.
Lingering appointments impede other members of the ABM Business Community.
3. engage with all members of the ABM Community to generously explore opportunities for referrals, collaborations, partnerships, integrations, and knowledge exchange.
4. be accountable.
While we do not charge buyers to participate, we charge for unanswered and missed appointments.
Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to Online Connectors are free. Regular cancellation policies apply for in-person events.
Decision-makers who:
cancel online participation less than 48 hours prior to the Connector, the fee is $750.
no-show for a Connector or in-person event are charged $1000.
leave appointments in "pending" state for more than three business days, are charged $250 per appointment. (See appointment management service below.)
Buyers can opt into an appointment management service to engage us to manage their schedules. The service is free. If the service is used and the Buyer cancels their participation less than 48 hours prior to a Connector or in-person event or no-shows, the fee is $1500.
